You can choose to read my examples or simply work through the prompts in the workbook. This is your journey and you can choose the best steps for yourself.
When you read my words they may trigger in you a feeling of similarity or contrast. My words are your bouncing off place. Make this journey about yourself and not about my journey.
I would like you to experience a little of this journey without paying anything to see if this is a journey you would like to invest in. When I say invest, I am not talking about the monetary value (only $40) but what you will be investing in is time. Time devoted to yourself.
Each lesson focuses on 3 different aspects of the process of moving through grief.
1) Memories that you have with the person you have lost
2) The emotions that you are feeling
3) The moving Away from the person you love. Each day and each activity comes between you and the life you lead before your loss. This is both fun but it is also hard. But you will be moving through with full awareness of what you are doing.
