Meet Charlene
I am a person who moved through grief to get back to loving life and having fun with my friends and family. I had to find my own way. It didn't feel right to me to be stuck in grief my whole life. So I did what I needed to do to help me move through grief. This was my process. You are very welcome to witness my journey and adapt it to become your journey.

A Way Course FAQ

You will work through a series of lessons that help you walk through grief but you can choose any activity that you want to help you move through this journey.

What interests you? What do you love doing? Do you like baking or cross knitting? Do you like painting or skiing? Pick something you can do in one day. One square of a quilt that you can do every day and put it together in the end. Can you do a painting everyday or surf a different wave? Find an activity that you love.

This is your own personal journey and you don’t have to share it with anyone or you can share it with everyone. There will be a online art show at the end where you can choose to share with this community.

No you can move through this Course with any grief your experience such as divorce, empty nest, or any loss in your life.
