Move through the process of Weave Your Story individually with a therapist or with a group of like minded individuals. No special skills or equipment is needed to attend the course. Contact a Weave Your Story Instructor and get on their waitlist or set up a class with your friends or group.

The In-Person Weave Your Story Course is a 4-weeks. Depending on how complicated you decide to make your piece will determine how long it takes to do your homework during the week.

Week 1 - in person class - 2 hours

In this course you will use the different parts of weaving to learn about yourself.

There is no right or wrong way of weaving your story, whatever you weave will be your story giving you insight and understanding into yourself.

You will use the structures of weaving to untangle your life and put it into a structure that helps you understand yourself better.
