Organizational Structure

  • Agent

    An Agent gets Missions From the Your Mission Appi. They can only receive one Mission per day. They can receive these missions at The Organization Head Quarters, a Safe House, a Bunker or a Hideaway. They need to complete their Mission before being assigned another mission. When agents enlist they create an alias that identifies them to The Organization. Agents first go to boot camp where all their missions are independent and focused on developing play as a habit.

  • Missions

    As an agent you will get missions designed to help you learn to be playful with life and interact with the world around you. The Missions are fun, playful, creating a sense of ease in your life. First you will go through basic training that helps you make play a habit in your day. Sorry you will not be given an example of what your missions will be, because, well yo know what would happen to you…lol.

  • The Organization Head Quarters (HQ)

    The Organization HQ is in a secret location that unknown until an agent has gone through basic training and made play a habit. There is no signage to let the public know the name of business. To gain access agents will be given a QR Code to enter. Inside there is a coffee shop and areas to explore creativity and play. Long work tables. Swings as chairs bean bag chairs to relax in and quiet rooms to read our library that is focused on the importance of play.

  • Coffee

    In The Organization HQ & OC, it is obvious to all customers that they are in a tactical Operations Centre where missions are generated and distributed to agents. Here at a OHQ or a OOC agents will be given a hard copy of their mission. The coffee being served is The Organization Coffee and has names like Going AWOL, Seeking Asylum, and Whistleblower. Being in a Head Quarters of Operation Centre you will come out feeling lighter, feeling like you are better to take on the challenges that life gives you.

  • The Organization Operation Centre (OC)

    As a Field Operative you can set up your Operation Centre the way you would like. There can only be one Operation Centre in each town or city and each Operation Centre is unique to the area and blends in well with he environment. Operation Centres have signage that says Your Mission to help recruit more agents.

  • Getting Equipped

    The Operation Centres are equipped with all the technological tools needed to support agents and to help recruit more agents. The Field Operative are responsible for recruting support personal such as field agents, intelligence officers and the tech specialists. These personal all start as moles until they learn how to infiltrate ant assimilate the ways of The Organization..

  • Safe House

    A Safe House is an existing locally owned and operated coffee shop that has made their location safe for agents to enter and get a mission. These Coffee Shops stay exactly as they are but agents can come there to get their mission. These transfers are done discreetly so their regular customers are unaware of the transaction.

  • Bunkhouse

    Another Covert Operation is a Bunkhose. A Bunkhouse is a mobile coffee shop such as a coffee truck or a coffee cart. The Mobile app show the location of the bunkhouses so it is easy for agents to locate and retrieve their missions.

  • Hideaways

    Agents will be given access to secret hideaways that are pop up coffee shops.. No one but agents will know that this secret locations of these temporary hideaways. When you approach you show your credentials to get your mission. Rogue Agents sometimes open Hideaways.

  • Moles

    Everyone starts in The Organization as a mole. A mole learns the business from the ground up. There is a stringent training programs that whether moles stays and works their way up or move onto other jobs, they will gain valuable skills in The Organization. We like to meet people face to face so bring yourself in and have a conversation with the Field Officer to see if this is a place you would like to work.

  • Field Agent

    Field Agents work in an Operation Centre and support the agents coming and give them missions. They also are expert Baristas and make superb drinks to congratulate the agents on achieving their previous mission. Agents also support the Field Officers in the Operation Centre and complete tasks assigned to them by the Field Officer or Directors. A Field Agent has developed their skills and is able to fully infiltrate and assimilate into The Organization. They go through rigorous training to get to this level in The Organization. You can tell a field agent from a mole since the field agents wear smart glasses for communication from the system.

  • Field Officer

    A Field Officer would be called a manager in other outfits. A Field Officer has worked through the ranks developing skills that enable them to do the best job possible. They report to the Directors depending on what needs to be communicated. They are perpetually recruiting and interviewing for the mole position. A field officer orders supplies, ensures all agents are supported. They make it possible for moles and field agents to develop the skills they need for advancement in The Organization. Each Field Officer has a unique personality and they are encouraged to be unapologetically themselves and to take on the character of their alias.

  • Director

    There are four different directors in The Organization. A Director of Play, a Director of Communication, a Director of Recruiting and a Director of Development plus the Director in charge of Collaboration. The model we use at The Organization is multiple of spheres. These spheres need to be perpetually moving for them to be helping The Organization move forward. If a wheel stops we know that we need to eliminate this sphere and focus on the other areas or add a sphere that works. Our mission is to have a system that perpetually moves and doesn’t get stagnant. . Each director is responsible for keeping the spheres in their area of expertise moving.
