Orbiculus Manifesto:
As part of the Orbiculus Team I commit to working on myself and let others work on themselves.
I will use all the tools that Orbiculus creates or that we distributed for our contributors.
I will dedicate the time and energy during my work hours to the support of others so they can understand themselves better.
I will not judge others, or myself.
I will show compassion to others and myself and accept and acknowledge that we are all starting where we are at. None of us have to be in a better position in life to start.
We are not competing with anyone. Our only goal is to be better now then we were yesterday.
We will slip up and when we do we will be patient, compassionate and forgiving.
When I find a way to understand myself better, I will share this knowledge to help others and accept that some tools will work for some people and some won’t.
As part of the team we only ask that you try the tools and experience how they work for you.
